The mark
Eight tracks bending in towards a junction, with the signal at the middle. The same mark sits at the top of every page on this site, and in the small print at the foot of the printed map.
It is printed twice, once on each side of the handle.
Why £14.72
After LNER 1472: the number Flying Scotsman carried when it entered service at Doncaster in February 1923. It became 4472 the following March, when it was named and sent to the British Empire Exhibition at Wembley.
