Printing and delivery
Everything is printed in the UK and sent to you by tracked courier, which usually takes 5 to 7 working days. Delivery is included in the price and there is no account to make: the checkout takes a card and asks for an address.
What it pays for
The map is free and stays free. It costs real money to run, in servers reading the live train feeds every few seconds and in bandwidth serving the map itself, and the shop is what covers it. If you would rather just chip in, there is a donate button instead.
Sent by tracked courier. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason and return it for a full refund; return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The full terms for buying are on the terms page, and the checkout asks you to accept them.
